Landscape Construction Foreman

We’re currently looking to add a Landscape Construction Foreman to our small team of professionals. As a Landscape Construction Foreman with Creative Organics Inc., you’ll oversee a crew of 2-3 technicians, managing your schedule and your crew under little supervision. Ideal candidates for Landscape Construction Foreman will be strong leaders who are keen to learn and advance, and who know when to have a laugh and when to get down to work.

We expect our Landscape Construction Foreman to be skilled in the following:

  • Planning, scheduling and time management
  • Communicating effectively with clients, supervisors, and colleagues
  • Sod, soil, and interlock installation
  • Retaining wall construction
  • Grading and leveling
  • Planting and mulching
  • Granular preparation
  • Driving a truck with trailer

We’d like our Landscape Construction Foreman to be able to:

Operate landscape construction equipment such as skid steers and mini-excavators.
Provide effective leadership, guidance and training to your technicians, and delegate work according to individuals’ strengths and weaknesses.
Cultivate a positive work environment and instill an ethic of teamwork and professionalism among your crew.

Compensation: Competitive wage, commensurate with skills and experience.

Landscape Maintenance Foreman

We’re currently looking to add a Landscape Maintenance Foreman to our small team of professionals. As a Landscape Maintenance Foreman with Creative Organics Inc., you’ll oversee a crew of 2-3 technicians, managing your schedule and your crew under little supervision. Ideal candidates for Landscape Maintenance Foreman will be strong leaders who are keen to learn and advance, and who know when to have a laugh and when to get down to work.

We expect our Landscape Maintenance Foreman to be skilled in the following:

  • Operation of residential & commercial turf mowers, line trimmers, leaf blowers etc.
  • Communicating effectively with clients, supervisors, and colleagues
  • Garden maintenance
  • Small tree & shrub pruning
  • Basic Plant knowledge
  • Efficient time management
  • Planting and mulching
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Driving a truck with trailer & equipment
